There are several reasons why cash back earnings could be missing from your T‑Mobile Dining Rewards account. The most common are:
- Cash back can take up to five days to appear in your T‑Mobile Dining Rewards account.
- You did not use a credit or debit card linked to your T‑Mobile Dining Rewards account when you completed your transaction.
- If you used your debit card, you didn’t use it like a credit card to earn cash back. If you used your PIN, the transaction goes directly to your bank and not the credit card companies associated with the program (Visa®, Mastercard®, and American Express®). Your qualified restaurant visits can only be identified through credit card transactions, not bank transactions.
- You linked your credit or debit card and immediately tried to use it for T‑Mobile Dining Rewards. Once you link your card, it usually takes about 24 hours to register in our system.
- You dined on a day when the restaurant is not offering rewards. (Consult the specific restaurant’s details page for more information.)
- You dined at a restaurant that left the T‑Mobile Dining Rewards program prior to the date you visited.
- The restaurant you visited changed their credit card process, so your visit is not able to be connected to the reward. Once this issue is known, the problem can be corrected.
- If the restaurant visited is one of our national brands or franchises, the business may not have added that specific location to T‑Mobile Dining Rewards.
- Some participating restaurants have a maximum amount of cash back that you can earn. Please check each restaurant’s page within the T‑Mobile Dining Rewards site to see if this stipulation applies.
Are you missing cash back? If your transaction was completed within the past ninety (90) days, please fill out the missing reward form. Unfortunately, we are only able to credit cash back for transactions occurring in the past ninety (90) days.
