All you need to do is:
- Create a T‑Mobile Dining Rewards account by providing your name, address, phone number, and email on the T‑Mobile Dining Rewards website.
- Link any credit and/or debit cards you plan to use at the participating restaurants.
There are no special ID cards or membership numbers to remember. Membership is free and easy. Please note, you need to be a resident of the U.S., including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, and a T‑Mobile or customer to join T‑Mobile Dining Rewards.
